Murphysboro, IL / December 7, 2016 - Berean Christian Church in Murphysboro will be hosting two special Sunday morning services for the Christmas season.
The first will be Sunday December 18, 2016 at the regular service time of 10:00 AM. The service will feature the youth choir and adult choir singing songs of the holidays and other special performances. Everyone is welcome as this will be a great way to kick off the Christmas season by focusing our attention on the reason for the season in a casual atmosphere. The Sunday Connect performance is for all ages. Nursery is provided.
The second event is set for Christmas day - Sunday, December 25 also at 10:00 AM. Berean will be the perfect place to start your Christmas day off right with traditional carols and an inspiring word from minister Troy Humphrey. There will be a special Kingdom Kids activity and a nursery is available so the whole family can enjoy the meaning of Christmas. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming.
Everyone is invited to attend. We will have an open communion for anyone who considers themselves a christian to participate in. As always there is no dress code for our service, so come as you are to set the tone for your Christmas morning!
